Luxury Hotel Rooms — Cox's Bazar (65,000 sft)

In hospitality, the guest room is where a hotel earns its reputation. For this 65,000 sqft hotel project in Cox's Bazar, Interior Villa designed a full range of luxury guest rooms — modern, welcoming, and built to elevate the guest experience from the moment the door opens. This project is part of our hotel & hospitality interior design services across Bangladesh.

Two Distinct Room Collections

Rather than repeating a single template across the property, we developed two complementary room styles — a classic, richly detailed collection and a contemporary, minimal collection. This gives the hotel genuine variety in its offering, letting guests choose the experience that suits them while keeping quality consistent throughout.

The Classic Collection: Timeless Elegance

These rooms are built around ornate white wall panelling, deep emerald-green accents, and warm timber flooring. Crystal chandeliers, a sunburst mirror feature, teal velvet seating, and elegant drapery create a refined, European-inspired atmosphere — the kind of room that feels genuinely special and photographs beautifully for the hotel's marketing.

The Modern Collection: Understated Luxury

The contemporary rooms take the opposite approach — calm neutral tones, marble-clad television walls, warm wood-slat feature panels, and concealed cove lighting. Clean lines and layered textures deliver a restful, high-end atmosphere for guests who prefer quiet sophistication over ornament.

Comfort-First Room Planning

Every room is planned around the practical realities of hotel stays — clear circulation from door to bed, generous wardrobe and luggage storage, a functional work and vanity zone, and thoughtfully placed lighting and power points. Comfort here is engineered, not decorative.

Lighting That Sets the Mood

Layered lighting runs throughout both collections — ambient cove lighting, bedside reading lights, accent lighting on feature walls, and statement fixtures. Guests can shift a room from bright and functional to warm and restful at will, which is exactly what a great hotel room should allow.

Materials Built for Hospitality

Hotel interiors face constant turnover. Every material was selected for durability and easy maintenance — hard-wearing flooring, quality upholstery, and robust cabinetry that keep rooms looking pristine through years of guest use.
