Feni is a compact district between Cumilla and Chattogram, with the Dhaka–Chattogram highway running through the town and the Feni and Muhuri rivers to the south and east. Earnings sent home by people working abroad have funded a great deal of construction, and many families have moved from the upazilas into town flats to be closer to schools and hospitals.

So a lot of interior work in Feni starts with a newly handed-over apartment: plastered walls, tiled floors, basic bathroom fittings and nothing else. Questions from Feni

Can you make my ground floor easier to recover after a flood?

Yes. We plan raised or wall-hung cabinets, tiled skirting, water-resistant plywood and electrical points set above past flood levels. None of this makes a ground floor floodproof, but it means the space can be cleaned and used again quickly instead of having furniture and fittings replaced. Tell us how high water has reached before.

Can you do only the kitchen and wardrobes rather than the whole flat?

Yes. Partial projects are common, especially in newly handed-over flats. We still visit, measure and prepare 3D designs so the kitchen and wardrobes fit with the rest of the home, and the itemized quotation covers only the items you choose. You can add other rooms later using the same design.

Do you work in Parshuram, Fulgazi or Sonagazi, or only in Feni town?

We work across the district, not only in the town. The process is the same everywhere: a site visit, 3D design, itemized quotation and supervised execution. Travel and material transport depend on the distance and road access to the house, and are shown as separate lines in the quotation.
