The client wanted a space that feels connected to Cox's Bazar's natural beauty — the ocean light, the warm sandy tones, the relaxed coastal atmosphere — without looking like a resort or vacation rental. The result is a modern duplex interior that feels warm, airy, and distinctly rooted in its seaside location.

Lower Level — Living & Social Spaces: The lower floor features an open living and dining layout designed to maximize natural light and ventilation — essential in Cox's Bazar's tropical coastal climate. The material palette draws from the surrounding environment — natural wood tones, sandy beige accents, and soft blue-grey undertones that echo the Bay of Bengal visible from the area.
