The curved staircase with a glass balustrade is the defining architectural gesture of this duplex — connecting both levels while keeping sightlines open and the ground floor bright. Marble-clad walls and greenery framing the stair create a striking, gallery-like moment right at the center of the home.

An Open, Sunlit Living Area

The living space is planned around comfort and openness. Deep, generously scaled sofas in warm tan and charcoal sit on textured area rugs, while sheer drapery filters daylight across polished flooring. Ring chandeliers and cove lighting in the layered false ceiling keep the double-height volume feeling warm rather than cavernous.

A Statement TV & Display Wall

A custom media wall in rich walnut runs the length of the living area, combining the television, backlit display niches, and integrated storage into one cohesive feature.
