For this 7,000 sqft fitness center in Gulshan, Dhaka, Interior Villa created a bold, high-energy training space with an industrial edge, dramatic lighting, and motivational design that pushes members to give their best. An Industrial, High-Energy Aesthetic

The design embraces a raw, industrial character — an exposed ceiling painted in deep charcoal, concrete-look surfaces, and a striking palette of electric blue and gold accents. Backlit blue columns and linear gold-toned lighting run the length of the floor, giving the entire gym a dramatic, premium atmosphere that feels more like a high-end training studio than an ordinary fitness center.

Motivational Murals That Push You Harder

Every wall is designed to inspire. Bold graphic murals — from a powerful bodybuilder mural declaring "Never Give Up" to typographic walls reading "Resist" and "Just Don't Quit" — turn the space into a source of daily motivation. These statement pieces give the gym a strong identity and keep members energized through every set.

Functional Zoning for Every Workout

A gold-marked central track runs through the floor, guiding members between clearly defined zones — free weights and power racks, resistance machines, and dedicated functional-training areas. Thoughtful spacing keeps equipment accessible and the floor safe and uncluttered, even during peak hours across this spacious 7,000 sqft facility.

A Cardio Zone With a View

The cardio area is positioned along floor-to-ceiling windows, letting members train on treadmills and machines while overlooking the Gulshan cityscape. Natural light pours in by day, while the blue-and-gold lighting scheme takes over in the evening — keeping the space motivating around the clock.

Mirrors, Lighting & Durable Materials

Full-height mirrors expand the sense of space and help members monitor their form, while layered lighting highlights each training zone.
